82nd airborne parachute Visit from the USA

Very special guest at Rocksteady last week! Totally unexpected we had the honour to have a current 82nd USA airborne soldier/dog handler
😃 So we had a day out, First Vught concentration camp and then on route to the Groesbeek dropzones where his grandfater dropped during WW2 , Grave bridge and museum, Nijmegen bridge, Arnhem bridge,y, a lovely sunny day with WW2 history and it was great to show him the places where his grandfather fought.
it was a pleasure and a honour!
